Discover the Quirky Side of Me: 5 Facts!
Singapore family photographer
I always enjoy discovering fun facts about people. It's amazing how much we think we know about someone, but in reality, we only know what they choose to reveal. I'm not afraid to laugh at myself, so I thought it would be fun to share some funny facts about me that you probably didn't know!
I was this close to photographing Victoria Beckham at Marina Bay Sands a few years ago. I was the photographer for Sassy Mama and we waited for her at the suite. We greeted her, but all of a sudden, she changed her mind, and no photos were allowed. What a bummer!
I'm terrible at remembering names. I even mix up my own kids' names, as well as the names of our cats and dogs, all the time. Once during a shoot, my daughter Erica pointed out that I changed the entire family's names!
I'm a vegetarian, but I'm the worst one ever. I don't eat tofu or beans, nor do I take daily supplements. When I order vegetarian noodles, I usually eat only the noodles and skip the veggies. My husband thinks I'm weird.
Despite living in Singapore, I'm a huge fan of ice hockey.
My husband and I always go to bed together, even if I'm not sleepy. We've made it a habit to brush our teeth together, get the dogs settled, and read a book or fall asleep together. It's just part of our routine, and I love it!
I learned how to drink coffee in my 40s, thanks to Starbucks. Even though I'm married to the world's number one coffee drinker, I never liked the taste of coffee until I tried the Caramel Macchiato. I guess that's cheating, right?
So there you have it! I hope you enjoyed getting to know a little bit more about me. I would love to hear a funny fact about you that I wouldn't know from following you online. Please share in the comments below. Thanks for reading, and until next time!
