A rainy morning newborn session

It was one of those cozy, rainy Singapore mornings when I arrived at Ginny’s for her newborn session. As a natural light photographer, I had my fingers crossed for a little sunshine, but the rain decided to stick around! Honestly, it was perfect. That soft, overcast light gave the whole session a warm, relaxed vibe that fit the day so well.

Inside, I guided everyone to snuggle up in some cozy spots—first in bed, then later on the floor for this sweet little shot. There were gentle kisses, proud smiles, and those tiny newborn fingers wrapped around mom and dad’s hands. These simple, beautiful moments are what I love most about photographing newborns.

And yes, we even got a few big belly laughs and tickling shots too—but those are gems for another day!

Rain or shine, these photos turned out beautifully, and I’m so grateful I got to be a small part of this chapter in Ginny’s life.
